Abstract

Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Erfassung und Darstellung klinischer Pfade zur Be-handlung des akuten Tinnitus. Dazu bedient sie sich der Methoden des Prozessmanagements. Als Software, mit der die Prozesse erfasst werden, dienen Signavio und die Aristaflow Business Plattform.
